American Health Care Appraisal LLC was founded by health care professionals who also became professional brokers, agents, and appraisers for the health care industry, as well as for other sectors that work with health care professionals, in order to provide meaningful appraisal, valuation, acquisition, divestiture, tax, and planning services from those who know the industry from the inside.

Historically, the medical field has had to be satisfied with lay or general consultants and appraisers with little or no understanding of health care, the health care marketplace, or medical issues that impact the value of health care organizations or assets.

Since 1992, AHCA has been serving the health care, legal, banking, leasing, and insurance industries, as well as various levels of government, by providing solid health care business appraisal and purchase/sale-related services.
