Insurance Company Services—Covering all types of health care facilities and equipment, we serve insurance companies by providing values of facilities both depreciated and full replacement cost, including contents.

Most common among our projects:

Hospitals—Proprietary hospitals need to be concerned about property tax values, which we can provide. Non-profit hospitals may, as well, request that their property be valued for a variety of reasons.

Assisted Living Centers—Within the past 15 years, these new health care organizations have made a significant leap into the health care arena. As the baby-boomers reach retirement age and conditions of less independence, assisted living centers will become more and more prevalent. Usually, these are for profit organizations and, as such, have need for real estate appraisals, as do others.

Freestanding Centers—Ambulatory care centers, whether they are surgical, diagnostic, or urgent care centers, are another relatively recent addition to the health care landscape.

Clinics—Probably the greatest percent of our volume for health care-related appraisal services is the area of clinics and physician practices.

Medical Office Buildings—We appraise medical office buildings, often on the hospital campus, which are the subjects of health care real estate appraisals.

HMOs—We perform financial valuations of health maintenance organizations for all purposes.
